An MBA graduate from Athabasca University in Alberta and a graduate of the College of the North Atlantic in St.John’s, Newfoundland with a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma, Lee began his Public Works career in 1994. After gaining 25 years of municipal experience in all aspects of Public Works within various jurisdictions from Eastern Canada to Northern Alberta, Lee joined the County of Renfrew in January of 2019 as the Director of Public Works and Engineering.
Lee has dedicated his career to Public Service, overseeing at times 60+ professional employees and offering the efficient and effective delivery of all aspects of Public Operations. Lee is a life-long learner and the first Canadian to be certified by the American Public Works Association as a Public Works Manager through the Donald C. StoneCenter.
